Refund policy

We allow refunds/ exchanges for 7 days from the date of the delivery.

For Initiating Return, kindly apply with your order id and register email id/ phone number
For Returns:

We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual clothing item. Pick up will be organized by us from the same address the product was delivered to unless communicated otherwise by the customer via Email.
Please hand over the product in its original condition preferably in the same box and envelop you received it in with all tags intact.
Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund within a reasonable period of time.
Refund will be initiated once we receive the product. Refunds will be processed through the same online mode within 10 working days.

Order Cancellations are only accepted if the request is made within 12 hours of order placed.
In case of an exchange, kindly apply with your order id and register email id/ phone number and we will consider your request for an exchange depending on the issue.
Delivery charges for the exchanged product will apply as per our standard shipping policy.

Some of the items are explicitly identified as not returnable are mentioned in the product page itself.
For products purchased under BUY 1 GET 1 FREE Offer, Return and Exchange will not be applicable. or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.

Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be the responsibility of the brand.
